Winchester Insurance Agency is seeking an Administrative Professional. Insurance experience preferred but not required. Position is part time Monday through Thursday for appx. 25 hours per week with the opportunity to go full time in the future.
Greet visitors, determine their needs, check appointments and direct them to the proper person or office. Receive all telephone calls incoming to the agency and refer call to the proper person or office. Answer questions and give information directly to person or on telephone based on knowledge of agency. Take messages for agency personnel. Assist agency personnel to initiate telephone calls, as necessary. Perform other clerical and job-related duties, as required.
Frequently work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions. Frequently sit for long periods of time. This is a public contact position that requires appropriate business apparel.
